歡迎使用「保固存摺」(以下稱「本 App」)。本服務條款 (以下稱「本條款」) 是你與本 App 開發者周固廷 (Gordon Chou) 之間的協議。當你下載、安裝或使用本 App，即表示你已閱讀、理解並同意遵守本條款。若你不同意，請勿使用本 App。

1. 服務說明

本 App 是一款幫助你記錄產品保固資訊、附加相關照片與檔案、並在保固到期前提醒你的工具。本 App 為離線優先的應用程式，核心功能無需網路或註冊帳號即可使用。

2. 使用授權

在你遵守本條款的前提下，開發者授予你一項個人、非專屬、不可轉讓、可撤銷的授權，供你在你所擁有或控制的裝置上，為個人非商業目的使用本 App。

3. 你的責任

你對自己在本 App 中輸入的所有資料 (包含文字、照片與檔案) 的正確性與合法性負責。
你應自行妥善保管你的裝置與 Google 帳號；本 App 無法為因裝置遺失、帳號被盜用等情況造成的資料外洩負責。
你不得將本 App 用於任何非法用途，或試圖反編譯、破解、干擾本 App 的正常運作 (法律允許的範圍除外)。

4. 資料與備份免責聲明

重要：本 App 提供的備份功能是為了方便而非保證。你應自行保留重要資料的額外備份。對於因裝置故障、解除安裝、系統或第三方服務 (如 Google Drive) 異常、或任何其他原因造成的資料遺失，開發者不承擔責任。

5. 提醒功能免責聲明

本 App 的到期提醒透過 Android 系統的背景排程送出，實際送達時間可能因裝置的省電設定、系統限制或關機等因素而延遲或未送達。請勿將本 App 的提醒作為唯一的保固到期依據，重要事項仍請自行確認。

6. 保固聲明 (As-Is)

本 App 是一款協助你「記錄」保固的工具，本身並不提供任何產品保固，也不是你與產品製造商或商家之間保固關係的一方。本 App 依「現狀」與「現有」基礎提供，不附帶任何明示或默示的擔保，包括但不限於適售性、特定用途之適用性及不侵權之擔保。

7. 責任限制

在適用法律允許的最大範圍內，對於因使用或無法使用本 App 所造成的任何直接、間接、附帶、衍生或懲罰性損害 (包括但不限於資料遺失、保固逾期之損失)，開發者均不承擔責任。

8. 第三方服務

本 App 的選用備份功能使用 Google Drive，並透過 Google Play 散佈。你對這些第三方服務的使用，另受其各自的服務條款與隱私權政策規範。

9. 條款變更

開發者可能會不時修改本條款。變更後會更新本頁面的「最後更新日期」。你在變更後繼續使用本 App，即視為接受修改後的條款。

10. 準據法

本條款的解釋與適用，以及因本條款所生之爭議，均以中華民國 (台灣) 法律為準據法。

Welcome to "Warranty Tracker" (the "App"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form an agreement between you and the App's developer, Gordon Chou (周固廷). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

The App is a tool that helps you record product warranty information, attach related photos and files, and remind you before a warranty expires. The App is an offline-first application; its core features work without a network connection or account registration.

2. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all data (including text, photos, and files) you enter into the App.
You are responsible for safeguarding your own device and Google account; the App is not responsible for data exposure caused by lost devices, compromised accounts, or similar situations.
You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to decompile, crack, or interfere with the normal operation of the App (except to the extent permitted by law).

4. Data and Backup Disclaimer

Important: The backup feature is provided for convenience, not as a guarantee. You should keep your own additional backups of important data. The developer is not liable for any data loss caused by device failure, uninstallation, malfunction of the system or third-party services (such as Google Drive), or any other cause.

5. Reminder Disclaimer

The App's expiry reminders are delivered through the Android system's background scheduling, and the actual delivery time may be delayed or may not occur due to the device's battery-saving settings, system limitations, the device being powered off, or other factors. Please do not rely on the App's reminders as the sole basis for warranty expiry; verify important matters yourself.

6. "As-Is" Warranty Notice

The App is a tool that helps you record warranties; it does not itself provide any product warranty and is not a party to any warranty relationship between you and a manufacturer or retailer. The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including but not limited to data loss or losses from a missed warranty period) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

8. Third-Party Services

The App's optional backup feature uses Google Drive, and the App is distributed via Google Play. Your use of these third-party services is additionally governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

9. Changes to These Terms

The developer may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms, their interpretation and application, and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
